ANSWER: Duraclean Businesses receive a "Primary Marketing Area" or PMA and Duraclean International will not sell another franchise in an assigned PMA unless it is otherwise stipulated. Sometimes a large PMA is assigned and may be written to be shared by "X" franchises but in any case this is agreed upon in the beginning.

How much money can I make?
ANSWER: The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over franchising and has legislated that franchisers cannot make "Earnings Claims" to prospects; therefore, we cannot answer that question. however, you can call Duraclean franchises and ask them to give you their evaluation of the opportunity.

How much money should I have to start up a Duraclean Franchise?
ANSWER: This of course borders on earnings claims but any book on start-up businesses will tell you that you cannot begin a business with a positive cash flow. Having a sufficient cash reserve will be a very important ingredient to your success.

Do I have to pay a Royalty?
ANSWER: Yes, a percentage of your success, called a royalty, is calculated twice monthly. It is a declining amount, the more successful you are the less the percentage. For example, when you reach the $100,000 level your annual percentage is 7.4%, at $150, 000 it is reduced to 6.7% and at $250,000 it will be 5.6%. This decline in the percentage continues because at these levels most of your revenue is calculated at 4%.

ANSWER: You will be given a contact list of support people for specific support topics. Duraclean's emergency help line is open 365 days a year and 24 hours a day. A password protected website exclusively for Duraclean Franchises includes technical bulletins, marketing ideas, important downloads, key links to specific vendors, and a Bulletin Board to communicate with other Duraclean Franchises. In addition to all of these important venues a very personal, one-on-one support is available to each growth minded Duraclean Franchise.

Do insurance companies recommend Duraclean for restoration work?
ANSWER: Duraclean franchises perform service work for every major insurance company and during your initial training at Duraclean's Success Institute we will cover what you will need to do to enter the restoration market in your area.
